About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and highly satisfactory customer service including identifying issues and recommending solutions
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting issues and translate between customers and technical teams
- Offer focused training on proper use of the software to address customer inquiries
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Responsible for the stewardship of sensitive customer information
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the real estate, title, or escrow business
- Customer service or support experience via phone and email
- Strong software skills
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of customers including end-users and executives
