Responsibilities

  • Resolve inbound support tickets including general knowledge, bug triage, and data requests
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via async channels
  • Triage and escalate issues to Customer Success or Engineering with full context
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting resolutions and product behavior
  • Partner with leadership to surface customer patterns to Product and Engineering

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years in a customer-facing role
  • Strong written communication skills for async channels
  • Ability to learn complex products quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with accounting concepts or finance workflows
  • Experience with Pylon, Linear, or similar support tooling
  • Experience with accounting-adjacent products
