Customer Support Specialist (Filipino speaking)

Responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries regarding bonuses, promotions, and account issues via chat, phone, and social media
• Help users understand bonus rules, eligibility, and redemption procedures
• Record user feedback and handle cases such as bonus discrepancies and promotion disputes
• Investigate complex issues and escalate to supervisors when necessary
• Assist users with account-related matters including login, deposits, and withdrawals
• Introduce current promotions and guide users through participation
• Oversee daily maintenance and relationship management of existing clients

Requirements

• Fluent in Filipino and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role
• Experience in iGaming or FinTech sectors is highly desirable
• Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia
