About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to player inquiries regarding bonuses, promotions, and account issues via chat, phone, and social media
- Help users understand bonus rules, eligibility, and redemption procedures
- Record user feedback and handle cases such as bonus discrepancies and promotion disputes
- Investigate complex issues and escalate to supervisors when necessary
- Assist users with account-related matters including login, deposits, and withdrawals
- Introduce current promotions and guide users through participation
- Oversee daily maintenance and relationship management of existing clients
Requirements
- Fluent in Filipino and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role
- Experience in iGaming or FinTech sectors is highly desirable
- Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia
