Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, confident, and empathetic communication via phone
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer problems in real-time
  • Manage high call volumes while staying organized and efficient
  • Deliver a personal and thoughtful customer experience
  • Navigate between tools like Zendesk, Slack, and internal systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role
  • Experience in fintech or tech startup environments preferred
  • Proficiency with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
