Responsibilities
- Provide clear, confident, and empathetic communication via phone
- Troubleshoot and solve customer problems in real-time
- Manage high call volumes while staying organized and efficient
- Deliver a personal and thoughtful customer experience
- Navigate between tools like Zendesk, Slack, and internal systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role
- Experience in fintech or tech startup environments preferred
- Proficiency with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
