About the role
Responsibilities
- Review clients' existing CVs and professional backgrounds
- Attend career consultations in English or Russian and take structured notes
- Research unfamiliar roles, industries, and professional terminology
- Draft and improve CV sections under guidance
- Turn complex information into clear, concise, professional English
- Adapt CV content to different target roles
- Help prepare and optimize LinkedIn profiles
- Use Google Docs, AI tools, and other online resources
- Collaborate with CV Makers and recruiters to ensure accuracy
Requirements
- Russian at C1 level or higher
- English at C1 level or higher with excellent writing skills
- Good research skills
- Strong logical thinking and organization skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Docs and online research tools
- Comfort working with AI tools
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn
- Reliability and independent task management
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to HR, recruiting, or career consulting
- Experience in copywriting, editing, or customer support
- Familiarity with LinkedIn
