About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs
- Help clients identify and reduce tax risks and meet compliance obligations
- Support tax strategies aligned with business and operational objectives
- Assist with disputes and disagreements with tax authorities
- Support tax accounting and reporting issues
- Work on projects covering international tax, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax accounting and regulatory processes
