About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, phone, and text
- Build trusted relationships with clients through supportive and affirming experiences
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to resolve client questions
- Identify recurring client pain points and recommend process improvements
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and communication best practices
- Continuously improve workflows and systems to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in client-facing, customer support, or client success roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and improving outcomes for neurodivergent adults
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
