Cyber Defense Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's enterprise cyber defense roadmap, operating model and technical standards
• Lead major cyber incident investigations, forensic analysis, containment and recovery
• Oversee SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and security monitoring aligned with MITRE ATT&CK
• Drive proactive threat hunting and intelligence-led detection
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled security solutions and automated triage
• Manage cyber defence KPIs, service quality and external security providers

Requirements

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with technical leadership in cyber defence
• Experience leading and scaling cyber defence in large enterprise environments
• Expertise in incident response, digital forensics, threat intelligence and threat hunting
• Advanced knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and cloud security (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Experience implementing AI-driven security and automated response
• Ability to lead technical teams, manage MSSPs and influence senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISM, GCFE, GCFA, GCFR, OSCP or equivalent certifications
