Cyber Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Incident management from detection and classification through response, closure and post-incident analysis
• Security risk assessment of cloud and network infrastructure
• Monitoring and auditing compliance with security policies and standards
• Monitoring discovered vulnerabilities and ensuring remediation
• Security analysis and monitoring of infrastructure via SIEM
• Developing and implementing custom SIEM correlation rules
• Developing incident response playbooks
• Identifying weak spots in infrastructure and preparing remediation recommendations

Requirements

• Experience investigating information security incidents
• Experience with SIEM systems, including rule configuration and reducing false positives
• Experience in information security audits and access configuration reviews
• Server security and hardening
• Cloud platform security (AWS, Yandex)
• Understanding of container security risks
• Identity and access management (LDAP, FreeIPA)
• Experience with endpoint and server antivirus protection
• Experience with Linux (RHEL/Debian) and Windows Server
• Fluent Russian, spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 27001 or SOC certifications
• Experience automating alert handling with LLM agents
• Experience with Wazuh
