D365 CE Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements, user stories, and configuration decisions
• Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features including model-driven apps, tables, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
• Support Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights capabilities
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, configuration workbooks, and training materials
• Maintain requirements traceability from discovery to UAT outcomes
• Support backlog refinement, sprint demos, CRP/UAT planning, and go-live support
• Partner with technical consultants on integrations, data migration, and reporting
• Help clients evaluate standard functionality versus customization

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration
• Ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate effectively with clients
• Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, and test management
• PL-200, MB-280, MB-230, or MB-240 certifications preferred
