About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day support for live Dynamics 365 clients under Managed Services
- Manage discrete enhancement and new functionality work
- Direct full life-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations from diagnosis through go-live and transition into support
- Assist with sales, marketing, and implementation-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong background in project management and business process optimization
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform or capacity to learn quickly
- Driven, proactive, creative, assertive, and relationship oriented
