About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop analytics focusing on engagement with Rightway's application
- Use advanced statistical analysis to evaluate clinical management program effectiveness
- Build data preparation tools and automated reporting solutions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts
- Present reporting results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Perform pharmacy claims analysis to resolve reporting variances with third-party data collectors
Requirements
- Expert-level SQL and relational database proficiency
- 4-6 years of quantitative and advanced analytic modeling experience
- 4+ years analyzing pharmacy benefit management claims data
- Experience with cloud data services, preferably AWS
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Clinical Navigation space
- 5+ years in Pharmacy Benefit Management
- Python, dbt, and version control experience
