About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce daily reports, dashboards, and ongoing insights to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain KPI and SLA monitoring to safeguard productivity and accuracy
- Build forecasting models and capacity insights for strategic staffing
- Develop staffing heat maps and leverage WFM principles for resource allocation
- Investigate root causes of operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Requirements
- Advanced Google Sheets expertise (Pivot Tables, Lookups, complex formulas)
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk Explore (Tableau is a plus)
- Direct experience with Workforce Management (WFM) concepts and scheduling analytics
- Ability to translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong command of KPI monitoring and data integrity
