About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and develop predictive models (LTV, ROAS, etc.) to guide marketing budget decisions
- Continuously improve and train models as data and business evolve
- Analyze product and marketing metrics to provide context for models
- Perform ad-hoc research tasks at the intersection of Product and Marketing
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to translate model results into actionable decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience building predictive/forecasting models (LTV, ROAS or similar) used for decision-making
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- General understanding of product and marketing metrics
- Experience working in B2C product companies
- Strong mathematical or statistical background
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for model visualization
