Data Center Technical Instructor (Lead Instructor)

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online classes on data center technology to groups of approximately 100 students
• Manage classroom dynamics, including Q&A sessions and chat engagement
• Collaborate with the program operations team to ensure smooth program execution
• Assist in the design, development, and improvement of curriculum and teaching materials
• Provide feedback on course content to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• CDCP® (Certified Data Center Professional) certification
• Fluency in Japanese for teaching and English for internal communication
• Practical experience in data center facilities or similar environments
• Experience in instruction, training, facilitation, coaching, or mentoring technical beginners
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to adult learners
• Leadership or supervisory experience within a technical team is preferred
• Strong interest in supporting learners pursuing careers in data center operations or infrastructure
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are a plus
