About the role
Responsibilities
- Support live sessions by monitoring chat and facilitating breakout rooms
- Teach validation and healthy skepticism of AI-generated interpretations
- Host 30-minute office hours to support learner project questions and tooling issues
- Review team submissions and provide detailed, actionable feedback within 72 hours
- Provide non-live support and respond to participant questions within 24 hours
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English
- Hands-on data practitioner with experience applying analytics to real business challenges
- Hands-on user of generative AI in a real commercial or analytics job
- Comfortable working with commercial, sales, and marketing teams
- Able to translate data outputs into practical, actionable insights
- Familiar with enterprise AI governance and data-confidentiality norms
