Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines for the collection, storage, and transformation of data
• Develop and maintain data models and schema to support analysis and reporting
• Write and maintain ETL jobs to extract, transform, and load data into the data warehouse
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data analysts to support data-driven decision-making
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure quality and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java
• Experience with SQL and data modeling
• Experience with cloud data warehousing (Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
• Experience with ETL tools (Spark, Flink, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
• Based in GMT-3 to GMT+2 timezones
