About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines for the collection, storage, and transformation of data
- Develop and maintain data models and schema to support analysis and reporting
- Write and maintain ETL jobs to extract, transform, and load data into the data warehouse
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data analysts to support data-driven decision-making
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure quality and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Experience with SQL and data modeling
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
- Experience with ETL tools (Spark, Flink, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Based in GMT-3 to GMT+2 timezones
