About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain information in the bank's internal systems and databases
- Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks
- Maintain electronic and physical records and filing systems
- Scan, upload and organize supporting documents
- Verify entered information against source documents
- Prepare basic Excel spreadsheets and administrative reports when required
- Perform other routine clerical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or approved qualification certificate
- Basic computer literacy, particularly MS Word and Excel
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
- Good English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree or professional certification
- Previous administrative or data entry experience
- Banking experience
