Data Entry Clerk (UAE Nationals Only)

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate Emirates ID applications and related documentation
• Handle labour card printing, issuance, and cancellation requests
• Maintain accurate employee records and government-related documentation
• Update and verify employee data within company systems and trackers
• Follow up on government applications and monitor their status
• Prepare and organize documentation required for government authorities
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for employee records
• Generate reports and maintain tracking logs for government-related transactions
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour, immigration, and government regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Diploma in Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience in data entry, administration, document control, or government relations support
• Knowledge of UAE government procedures related to Emirates ID and labour card processing
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
