About the role
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify and correct errors, duplicate entries, and missing information
- Organize and maintain electronic records, documents, and digital files
- Process daily data entry assignments while meeting deadlines
- Assist with routine reports and internal documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection procedures
- Resolve discrepancies and clarify information with team members
- Perform regular quality checks on records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency and common office applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
