Data & Insights Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform delivery work supporting analytics and data products, including requirements refinement and documentation
• Support requirements analysis for reporting/analytics use cases by translating stakeholder needs into detailed specifications
• Deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable data analyses and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle
• Utilize statistical methodologies, data mining algorithms, and machine learning models to analyze large datasets
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations utilizing tools such as Tableau
• Produce both ad-hoc and recurring reports, analyses, and presentations to support business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field
• Five years of professional IT experience
• Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Tableau
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a public trust investigation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
