About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, organize, and maintain data across databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify and correct data entry errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation
- Assist with data imports, exports, and system updates
- Collect and consolidate information from multiple sources
- Prepare and format spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries
- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
Requirements
- Previous experience in data management, data entry, administrative support, or operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working with databases or data management platforms
- Strong computer and digital skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment
- English proficiency for working with English-speaking teams
