About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the data systems for the core organizing software used by the Working Families Party.
- Ensure data integrity for single sources of truth in a large, multi-state, highly-coalition-oriented organization.
- Write SQL queries to access data from BigQuery data warehouse to pull lists and calculate metrics for organizers.
- Support tool adoption and make technical information accessible through training and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Team to create new syncs or data models.
- Act as a thought partner to organizers and staff to develop effective data organization systems.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with data structures and quirks from previous campaigns.
- Expertise in writing SQL queries.
- Ownership and management of the data systems for core organizing software (e.0. EveryAction, VAN, Votivate, Scale to Win, and Mobilize).
- Balance of backend tool administration expertise and frontline stakeholder collaboration skills.
