Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Scope, build, and lead investment data science practices for Hedge Funds or Family Offices
• Perform exploratory analyses, clustering, and modeling on large structured and unstructured datasets
• Partner with investment teams to turn datasets into actionable insights and build KPI dashboards

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist at a Hedge Fund, Investment Management firm, or Family Office
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Statistics
• Expertise in Big Data technologies like Apache Spark and cloud computing platforms
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applications
