Data Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Security Specialists and Analysts, managing performance and succession planning.
• Define and execute strategic roadmaps for DLP, ZTNA, and corporate data security policies.
• Drive AI adoption within the Data Security function to automate classification and anomaly detection.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Engineering, and Product to ensure security-by-design and regulatory compliance (LGPD, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Act as a strategic consultant to executive leadership, translating technical risks into business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in people management within a security context.
• Strong expertise in data protection, DLP, ZTNA, and information security governance.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SASE (Netskope, Zscaler) or DSPM (Wiz, Cyera) platforms.
• Background in data engineering or analytics.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CDPSE, or CISSP.
