Data Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Sales and other internal teams using SQL, Databricks, Count, and spreadsheets
• Work with stakeholders to clarify business questions, define requirements, and deliver clear, accurate answers
• Investigate data discrepancies, missing records, unexpected reporting results, and other basic data issues
• Resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate more complex problems with clear documentation
• Support routine data maintenance, validation, and other operational data needs
• Identify recurring requests that can be addressed through reusable queries, reports, or documentation

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics support, or data operations
• Strong SQL skills for answering business questions and troubleshooting
• Experience with modern data and analytics tools; familiarity with Databricks or Count is a plus
• Strong spreadsheet skills including data validation, lookups, and pivot tables
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear analytical requirements
• Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Sales or other go-to-market teams
• Familiarity with CRM, pipeline, or revenue-related data
• Experience creating dashboards, reusable reports, or internal data documentation
