Job description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot database track jobs and data pipelines
- Analyze logs and manage incidents and tasks in ServiceNow
- Use Control-M for scheduling and operational support
- Handle file transfers and access using FileZilla, WinSCP, and PuTTY
- Support coverage on Saturdays and Sundays with rotational shifts
Requirements
- Strong Control-M experience
- ServiceNow incident and task management
- Basic SQL knowledge, including select queries and subqueries
- Familiarity with DataStage monitoring and troubleshooting
- Advanced English communication skills
- Ability to work CST hours and weekend shifts
