When We First is the first dating app designed by an experienced matchmaking executive. We uniquely combine a dating app with a high-end matchmaking service, helping clients foster meaningful relationships with the perfect blend of advanced technology and expert human interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales interviews with potential clients and meet personal sales targets
• Manage and update client profiles in Salesforce, Segment, and in-app systems
• Maintain a portfolio of matchmaking clients through weekly check-ins and coaching sessions
• Match clients based on compatibility, relationship goals, and preferences
• Coordinate dates for clients, including making reservations and communicating details
• Upgrade or renew matchmaking clients to meet their goals and needs
• Assist with profile reviews, recruiting matches, and light event planning during the launch phase

Requirements

• At least five years of proven success in sales and/or matchmaking
• Proven track record working with high-end clients in the matchmaking industry
• Experience in both face-to-face and remote environments
• Proficiency with CRM systems (specifically Salesforce), Outlook, and softphone technology
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Coaching certification is a plus
