About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and margins
- Build a dealer database to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service
- Effectively manage and market dealer relationships to achieve quality, pricing, and volume objectives
- Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback
- Design dealer segregation
- Negotiate effectively to ensure highest margins
- Update the system on time
- Meet with all dealers weekly to build strong relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Valid UAE driver's license
- 1-3 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management
- In-depth knowledge of the used car market
- Expertise in a wide range of makes, models, and specifications for GCC vehicles
- Strong segmentation, negotiation, marketing, and sales skills
- Professional attitude and data-driven outlook
- Ambitious, competitive, and a team player
