Deductions Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with clients and internal sales departments to resolve deduction inquiries
• Gather, investigate, and analyze claim documentation to validate customer deductions
• Maintain necessary data to track and follow up on deductions
• Process credits to offset resolved deductions
• Work in web-based trade management systems for contracted customers
• Handle incoming calls and emails from internal and external partners

Requirements

• Prior CPG deductions experience (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems with urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• UNFI and/or KeHE deductions experience
• Experience with trade management systems such as Vividly or BluePlanner
• Previous customer service experience
• Prior experience with a broker or manufacturer
