Responsibilities

• Driving Consistency and Standardization: Implementing and maintaining consistent processes and standards across different squads/ teams to enhance predictability and efficiency.
• Program Management: Developing comprehensive program plans, tracking progress, and managing risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Strategic Alignment: Aligning program and team deliverables with the organization's overall strategy and vision.
• Release Management: Creating and executing effective release plans, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams.
• Governance: Establishing and enforcing governance practices to maintain quality and consistency in product development.
• Collaborate Seamlessly: Build strong relationships with product owners, engineers, designers, digital marketing, program managers and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the discovery, build and growth phases.

Requirements

• Experience in program and project management, preferably in a Fintech, Digital Bank, technology or software development environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programs.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships.
• Agile methods of working: Well versed with agile methodologies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers, and proposing mitigation and remedial solutions to shape delivery health.

Skills

• Project management tools and methodologies: Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Asana, or similar project management software.
• Agile methodologies: Understanding of agile principles and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Technical understanding: Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Data analysis: Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Continuous improvement: A mindset of continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus
