Delivery Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta and noon Food
• Set and monitor sales, order and AOV targets by platform and outlet
• Manage aggregator marketing including CPC campaigns, sponsored listings, banners, and promotional mechanics
• Improve visibility and ranking across aggregator search and recommendation surfaces
• Optimize menu performance including category structure, pricing, photography, and upselling
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and operational KPIs to resolve recurring issues
• Manage relationships with aggregator account managers to negotiate commercial opportunities
• Build regular performance reports covering sales, marketing, and channel profitability

Requirements

• Direct experience managing restaurant aggregator channels
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta, or noon Food
• Proficiency in aggregator sales dashboards and CPC advertising
• Understanding of menu conversion, basket building, and channel profitability
• Experience managing aggregator sales for a multi-outlet F&B business is strongly preferred
