About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional Deltek expert for Finance and FP&A
- Recommend best practice solutions and processes within Deltek core functionality
- Manage upgrades, implementations, and enhancements for Deltek solutions
- Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
- Act as a liaison between Finance stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Develop and manage data queries, dashboards, reports, and analytics
- Assist with audits by preparing data extracts and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, FAR, CAS, and government project accounting
- 5+ years of experience leveraging Deltek in a functional capacity
- Experience with project setup, revenue, billing, and cost pools
- Experience with reporting tools like COGNOS or BI tools preferred
- Deltek Costpoint Master Certification preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
