About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage HORECA customers to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Build relationships with customers to act as a trusted advisor
- Provide complete culinary solutions based on customer needs and the UFS product portfolio
- Help customers increase revenue and efficiency in their establishments
- Add new product listings and promote consumption of different SKUs
- Negotiate contracts and take calculated risks to retain customers
- Make financial profitability-based decisions and execute marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales
- 2+ years of experience working in the UAE market, specifically Abu Dhabi
- Background in Hospitality management, food technology, nutrition, or hot & cold beverages
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Valid UAE Driving License
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and customer development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in selling and analytical skills
