About the role
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline creation through outbound programs, SEO, paid acquisition, and events
- Design and build the systems and processes that power demand generation
- Run continuous growth experiments to test new channels and messaging
- Analyze funnel performance to identify and fix conversion bottlenecks
- Develop compelling content and campaigns for target audiences
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams on GTM strategy
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building B2B demand generation programs
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline
- Strong analytical ability with experience in funnel metrics and attribution data
- Experience with modern growth and marketing tool stacks
- Systems thinking approach to building repeatable growth engines
- Ability to work in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
