Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the kitchen station and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and presentation
• Participate in menu planning and development as required
• Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures
• Assist in inventory control and stock management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Deputy Chef de Partie or similar role with expertise in Continental Cuisine
• Strong knowledge of continental culinary techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Culinary certification or diploma preferred
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
