Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Prepare and cook food following quality and presentation standards
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
• Monitor food quality and test cooking sufficiency
• Set up and break down workstations
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company safety and security policies
• Maintain professional appearance and clean uniform

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
