Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie in the daily running of a kitchen section
• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing food wastage
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the section throughout service
• Step in to cover section duties during the Chef de Partie's absence

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role
• Solid understanding of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
