About the role
Responsibilities
- Liaise with PDI department on vehicle readiness and schedule handover appointments
- Prepare Vehicle Configuration Records prior to delivery
- Coordinate with customers regarding delays or specification changes
- Provide comprehensive explanations of vehicle features and innovations to new owners
- Ensure customers are aware of extras, accessories, and warranties
- Maintain accurate delivery status records and daily reports
- Coordinate with sales advisors and logistics for seamless vehicle handover
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route
- 2 years experience in a customer service environment
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of automobile sales
- Attention to detail and proactive personality
