Deployment Advisor- EMR/EHR

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting in-depth consultations to understand their unique needs, workflows, and objectives
• Develop and deploy creative and innovative deployment strategies tailored to each client's specific requirements
• Collaborate with clients to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Complete requirements gathering and scope creation for all in-scope workflows
• Configure application as needed according to requirements and direct analysts to ensure accurate setup
• Provide guidance and oversight, ensuring configurations align with client needs and industry best practices
• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients through workshops, webinars, and on-site sessions
• Establish strong, collaborative relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or features
• Continuously evaluate and improve deployment processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in consulting, project management, or software deployment, preferably in healthcare
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading and motivating teams
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory knowledge of employee health programs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
