Deployment Strategist Lead - Middle East

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the Middle East region
• Identify relevant use cases and work with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers to ensure seamless technology fit
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models
• Present technical proposals and results to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products
• Build and deliver compelling demos of voice and audio AI technology
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners

Requirements

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping/demo building
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models
• Strategic awareness regarding business objectives, deal structures, and go-to-market motions
• Fluency in English and Arabic with deep understanding of regional cultural nuances

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
