Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points
- Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the Middle East region
- Identify relevant use cases and work with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology
- Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers to ensure seamless technology fit
- Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models
- Present technical proposals and results to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products
- Build and deliver compelling demos of voice and audio AI technology
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
Requirements
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
- Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping/demo building
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models
- Strategic awareness regarding business objectives, deal structures, and go-to-market motions
- Fluency in English and Arabic with deep understanding of regional cultural nuances
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
