Deputy CDO

Responsibilities

• Own execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives across ML, experimentation, and data platform domains
• Lead high-priority initiatives by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery to measurable outcomes
• Build and operate an execution framework including monthly business reviews and quarterly planning
• Improve the experimentation ecosystem to increase decision-making speed and standardize rollout processes
• Accelerate ML delivery cycles from idea to production
• Strengthen functional leads in Product Analytics, Data Engineering, ML, and UX through coaching and prioritization
• Own operational excellence, including data freshness, uptime, and SLA adherence

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in data, analytics, or ML domains, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects involving ML and data platforms
• Experience working within product companies
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and unit economics
• Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle and familiarity with self-service BI
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across backend, product, and analytics functions
• High technical literacy to dive deep into system constraints and ML topics
