About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the founder across multiple client engagements
- Lead market and competitive intelligence research with full citations
- Translate research into actionable patterns and recommendations
- Own pipeline-building efforts and source executive contacts
- Prepare sales and discovery materials and strategic positioning insights
- Build and manage project plans and Gantt charts using Monday.com
- Produce polished competitive teardowns and comparison materials
- Maintain order and continuity across unrelated client accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years in Chief of Staff, strategic research, or senior business analysis
- Strong business English writing skills for executive-ready reports
- Experience sourcing decision-maker contacts via LinkedIn or Sales Navigator
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet
- Track record of multi-source verification and transparent sourcing
- High discernment and ability to context-switch across multiple accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to legal tech, insurtech, or litigation consulting
- Familiarity with luxury travel or corporate events
- Experience supporting sales or business development teams
Benefits
- Up to $1800 monthly compensation
