About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities within the Finance Department
- Streamline accounting and reporting methodologies
- Enhance business process efficiency in collaboration with other departments
- Draft regulatory frameworks for crucial processes
- Ensure seamless functioning of control mechanisms
- Compile consolidated financial statements (PL, CF, BS)
- Develop consolidated forecasts and budgets
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of ROI, ROE, and EVA
- Craft presentation materials and contribute to automation initiatives
- Participate in projects aligning accounting and managerial accounting
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in project management skills
- Previous experience with international companies and banking accounts
- Proficient in English and Russian languages
