About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinating operational activities within the Finance Department
- Streamlining accounting and reporting methodologies
- Enhancing business process efficiency in collaboration with other departments
- Drafting regulatory frameworks for crucial processes
- Ensuring seamless functioning of the control mechanisms
- Compiling consolidated financial statements (PL, CF, BS)
- Developing consolidated forecasts and budgets (PL, CF, BS)
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of ROI, ROE, and EVA
- Crafting presentation materials
- Contributing to automation initiatives
- Participating in projects aligning accounting and managerial accounting
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in project management skills
- Previous experience with international companies and banking accounts
- Proficient in English and Russian languages
