Deputy Technical Program Manager - Data Modernization

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact to oversee contract execution and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Provide contract coordination, performance accountability, and strategic stakeholder engagement
• Serve as the senior technical authority across all development, architecture, integration, and modernization activities
• Define the program's technical strategy, architecture vision, engineering standards, and modernization roadmap
• Manage the development, operations, and implementation tasks using Agile Project Management techniques
• Create and maintain a roadmap, aligning tasks with organizational strategy, vision, and business outcomes
• Facilitate project meetings, document meeting summaries, and track action items
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Perform risk identification and mitigation
• Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in IT Management including technology solutions delivery
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Expertise in overseeing teams dedicated to big data cloud solution architecture, cybersecurity, data management, business intelligence, and analytics
• Excellent customer-facing skills with experience briefing senior executive leadership
