Responsibilities

• Build production-quality UI components and interactions directly in React Native
• Partner with product designers to prototype ideas quickly and test interactions
• Own and maintain the design system and component library
• Bridge design and engineering by flagging feasibility issues and proposing technical solutions
• Improve UI performance, animations, and micro-interactions across web, mobile, and browser extensions
• Collaborate on architecture decisions affecting UI flexibility and scalability
• Help define and evolve design-to-dev workflows and tooling

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in frontend/UI engineering
• Strong hands-on React Native experience
• Strong eye for design craft including typography, spacing, and motion
• Comfortable working directly in Figma to prototype and iterate
• Experience building and maintaining component/design systems
• Track record of shipping polished, consumer-facing mobile products
• Strong communication skills to work across design and engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design tokens, theming systems, or cross-platform component libraries
• Background as a designer who learned to code or an engineer with strong design sensibility
• Familiarity with animation libraries like Reanimated or Lottie in React Native
• Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer apps
